You were made for more.

You were not created to work 24/7 in order to see your destiny fulfilled. Just because we live in uncertain, changing, ambiguous, and volatile times does not mean that you must work harder. You are not meant to be utterly exhausted when you get home if you even left home to work. You’re meant to have thriving relationships with your friends and family. In fact, you are meant to have a thriving community.

You are not just what you do, you are not just your role or title, you are enough! And you need to have time to thrive not just in your role, but in your personal life as well.

If your to do list is overwhelming and exhausting and never-ending and you feel like a victim to it, there's a better way! And if the success of your church or team or organization is entirely dependent upon you, there's a better way!

Most people find themselves in pastoral or leadership positions without any sort of leadership development. And a void in leadership development leaves people overwhelmed by their responsibilities, frustrated, and even depressed by the demands of leadership. You deserve to reach your fullest potential as a pastor. It’s absolutely possible for busy pastors to develop their leadership skills in the midst of extremely demanding schedules.

I know what it’s like to step into a leadership position and instantly feel like you have no idea what you are doing. For over 20 years, I have served in leadership roles.  I have successfully trained, equipped, and empowered over 1,000 leaders to compassionately cross cultural boundaries, serve, and lead confidently in their unique contexts. I developed my cross-cultural expertise having lived, studied, and traveled in 25 countries on six continents. My passion for developing Christian leaders led me to spend years studying leadership while pursuing my Doctor of Strategic Leadership.
