Dr. Alicia Granholm

LEADERSHIP CONSULTANT

Alicia works with high-capacity executives and leaders who are hitting a strategic ceiling — already successful but struggling to translate vision into traction.

Her work sits at the intersection of strategic clarity, organizational architecture, and leadership development. She helps leaders stop managing complexity and start directing it.

Alicia brings an uncommon combination of credentials to this work. She holds a Doctor of Strategic Leadership with a concentration in Global Consulting from Regent University, a Master of Divinity from Bethel Seminary, and a Master of Arts in Teaching from the University of St. Thomas. That academic foundation is matched by hard-won field experience: more than a decade leading in pastoral ministry, three years in Minnesota state government, and a senior leadership role in which she scaled an online learning platform from zero to 60 courses and $250,000 in annual revenue.

She has lived, worked, and studied across 25 countries on six continents — experience that has sharpened her ability to read context, adapt strategy to culture, and recognize what actually transfers across environments versus what only works in the room it was built in.

That cross-cultural fluency shows up directly in her consulting work. Strategy doesn't fail because leaders lack ideas. It fails because the approach doesn't fit the organization's actual culture, constraints, and capacity. Alicia is trained and practiced at closing that gap.

She has advised and led in corporate, nonprofit, and faith-based contexts, which means she understands how strategy breaks down differently across cultures, constraints, and leadership dynamics.

Her clients are not struggling because they lack intelligence or drive. They are struggling because no one has helped them build the strategic architecture their capacity demands.

That's the work.
